Soldier cleared of DUI Charge Posted By Attorney Lance Miller on Dec 2, 2010 1:05pm PST A Fort Campbell soldier was cleared of DUI charges in the federal district court for the Western District of Kentucky. Attorney Lance Miller appeared representing the soldier at his first appearance, also referred to as "arraignment". Following a consultation between the Special Assistant U.S. Attorney and Attorney Miller, the Government decided to dismiss all charges against the Soldier.
