Lance has over sixteen years of experience as an Attorney.  He has a unique familiarity with the military, having retired from the United States Army with over 24 years in service.  Lance served as the Chief of Military Justice for 101st Airborne Division (AASLT) and as Deputy SJA for USASFC(A).  Lance is also a former Deputy District Attorney.

Mr. Miller combines a record of academic excellence with a broad range of experience to maximize his effectiveness in representing his clients.  He graduated as Valedictorian from his class in Law School (JD) and in the Master of Laws program (LLM) from The Judge Advocate General's School in Charlottesville, Virginia.  Lance served as an Infantry Officer in the Gulf War, and in Afghanistan and Kosovo as an Army Judge Advocate.

  • Lance previously served as Chief of Military Justice for the 101st Airborne Division and Fort Campbell, where he oversaw the prosecution of all crime on the installation.
  • Mr. Miller served as Deputy Staff Judge Advocate for the United States Army's Special Forces Command at Fort Bragg from 2004-2006.  He also served as a Trial Counsel for the 82d Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, NC, and as Deputy Legal Advisor for Joint Task Force Six in El Paso, TX.
  • Mr. Miller was also the Deputy District Attorney for Union County, New Mexico, from 1997 to 2000.
  • Lance graduated first in his class from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 1995.
  • Lance also graduated first in his class from the Master of Laws program at the Judge Advocate General's School in 2003.
